Who we are
This site and our products are run by Element Labs, which decides how the data described here is used. Purchases are sold and processed by Tebex, our merchant of record, which handles payment and order data as a separate controller under its own privacy policy.
What we process
Your Cfx.re account details (username, ID and picture) when you sign in or buy; the order details Tebex shares with us about a purchase; the technical data any website receives, such as your browser, device and approximate location; anonymous visit statistics; and technical data from servers that run our products, such as the server's public code, product versions and error reports. We collect no data about the players on those servers.
Why, and on what basis
To sell and deliver what you buy, which is necessary for the contract. To check that products run under a valid licence, keep our products and this site working and secure, count visits, and show recent purchases on the home page, which rest on our legitimate interest. You can object to any use based on legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we rely on: Tebex for sales and payments, Cfx.re for sign-in and server information, Cloudflare for hosting and visit statistics, and YouTube when you choose to play a product video. Some of them may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, such as your language, currency and cart. There are no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.
How long we keep it
Only as long as the purpose needs it. Order data is kept by Tebex under its own policy. Data from a server is deleted once the server has stopped using our products for six months, and an error report once it has not recurred for three months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
