Include these and most tickets are answered on the first reply:

  • The product and its exact version
  • The installed element_sdk version
  • Your FXServer artifact number
  • The console output around the failure, as text
  • For payment or delivery questions, your Tebex transaction ID

Never send server keys, database credentials or licence tokens. We will never ask for them.
