Who sells
Purchases on this site are sold and processed by Tebex Limited, our merchant of record. Tebex's checkout terms govern payment, and its impressum identifies the seller. These terms cover the product itself: what the licence allows and what comes with it.
The licence
A purchase grants a licence to run the product on the servers associated with the Cfx.re account that bought it. It does not allow redistributing the product in whole or in part, distributing modified copies of its protected files, or running it on servers outside that account.
What you can change
The settings in configs and the text in locales are yours to edit. The rest of the product, including its interface and world assets, is protected by Cfx.re escrow and may not be altered. An update replaces the whole resource directory, so keep copies of your edits.
Delivery
The product is added to the purchasing account's assets on the Cfx.re Portal, usually within minutes of payment, and is downloaded from there.
Updates
New versions of a product are published to the same asset at no extra cost.
Transferring a licence
A licence can be moved once to another Cfx.re account, on request through support. After that it stays with the new account.
Support
Support covers the product running as delivered, with the configuration and language files you own, and is given on Discord. Check the documentation first: it answers most questions.
Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
